Gym & Pool access cards

The electronic cards for the pool and gym are available now and can be collected from the maintenance team. You will need to sign for the cards on collection.

Each property gets 2 cards which are numbered and registered to that property.

For the next week the gates will still work with both key and card.

Owners who are not around can authorise another owner to collect his card and keep it for them till they arrive, or put it in their property when needed.

Owners who have visitors staying must inform the visitors that these cards have a value of €25,00 so if a card is lost they need to provide this amount before the new card can be activated.

If you would like to authorise another owner to collect your cards on your behalf, please write an email so it can be shown to the maintenance team and the card can be collected in your name.

Welcome to my blog which will - hopefully - help to keep residents of the Vista Mar Community in Gran Tarajal Fuerteventura up to date with any events that are happening in and around Gran Tarajal and the island of Fuerteventura.
