Emergency Key Holders and Boiler Issues

Please could all owners leave a key with a trusted person in case of emergency.

There have been several cases of boilers breaking down recently and flooding other apartments.

If you could please ensure that you, or your last guest turns the apartment water valves to the off position as they leave, especially if your apartment will be empty for long periods of time.
