The general recommendation is to stay home. You can only leave one by one - unless it is to accompany someone with disabilities or mobility problems - in the following cases.

Acquisition of food, pharmaceuticals and basic necessities.

Return to the habitual place of residence.

Assistance and care for the elderly, minors, dependents, people with disabilities or especially vulnerable people.

Displacement to financial entities

Due to force majeure or a situation of need.

Any other activity of an analogous nature duly justified.

Can I use the car?

Private vehicles will be allowed to circulate on public roads to carry out the activities referred to in the previous section or to refuel at gas stations.

Can I go running or play sports?

No, not alone. It does not enter one of the justified assumptions to go out.

Will grocery stores, supermarkets and the like be open?

Yes, as an essential service.

What other establishments are open?

Food, beverages, products and essential goods

Pharmaceutical, medical, optical and orthopedic products establishments

Yes, it is part of the essential services that are allowed.

Can I take my dog for a walk?

Yes, maintaining distances and protection and security measures.

Taking pets out into the street is one of the exceptions to the restriction of use of public space.

Of course, from the Government they urge "use common sense", take pets for walks individually and that this is not used as a form of walk.

Can I go to bars and restaurants?

Can I go to the cinema or theater?

Yes. The decree allows the delivery of food to your home and does not restrict online commerce, telephone or postal mailings.

I have a medical appointment. Can I go?

If it is not urgent, better postpone it. Although going to the doctor is one of the assumptions by which they are allowed to go outside, it is urged to release medical resources for those who need it most.

Does public transport work?

Yes. Transport services with consideration of public service and depending on the autonomous communities, maintain all their offer.

However, the power of both the minister and the competent regional and local authorities is reserved to "establish a percentage reduction in services, and other specific conditions of provision, if the health situation so advises."

And the rest of transports?

Those of medium distance remain at 50%. Regarding transfers between the Peninsula and non-peninsular territories and islands, "specific criteria" will be established.

Can I leave the city I am in?

Yes. Failure to comply or resistance to the orders of the competent authorities in the state of alarm will be punished in accordance with the Laws, in the terms established in article 10 of Organic Law 4/1981, of June 5.

Therefore, the following measures and recommendations have been adopted:

A translation of the Real Decree published in the Official Bulletin about the Alarm State with all restrictions;

7. Limitation of Freedom of Circulation of People

During the period of State of Alarm people only can be in the public streets for the purpose of carrying out the following activities:-

a) Purchasing food, pharmaceutical products and items of essential need.

b) To visit medical centres, services, and health establishments.

c) To go to place of work to carry out professional or business work.

d) Return to habitual home.

e) Assistance and care of elderly, minors, dependents, disabled people or especially vulnerable people.

f) to go to financial or insurance institutions.

g) For extreme reasons or a situation of absolute need.

h) Whatever other various important activity that needs to be done individually, especially if with a disabled person or for whatever justifiable reasons

Alert - Gym and Swimming Pool Bathrooms Now Closed

The Vista Mar board of directors has decided to close the gym and the swimming pool bathrooms until further notice as a preventive measure in the face of the contagion of the corona virus.
