Retractable Sun Awnings

Please can everyone make sure that their retractable sun awnings are pulled in when not in use and during high winds to reduce noise and damage.

Emergency Key Holders and Boiler Issues

Please could all owners leave a key with a trusted person in case of emergency.

There have been several cases of boilers breaking down recently and flooding other apartments.

If you could please ensure that you, or your last guest turns the apartment water valves to the off position as they leave, especially if your apartment will be empty for long periods of time.

Thank you.

Note from the Vista Mar Community President

Google translated:

Good afternoon friends; I comment some community issues:

The Ordinary Meeting will be held, in principle, on Wednesday, January 22, instead of the 15, since as I have spoken with Verónica, of Fimax, we must send the statement of accounts to the community members 15 days before the Meeting, and to close to December 31.

As for the cost reduction of the light,  since the day before yesterday a technician from Endesa called me warning that with respect to the pool, according to the new regulation, the installation would have to be changed, recommending that instead of lowering the contracted power of 59.85 kW at 20,785, do it at 31,177, which does not require that change, very expensive according to the company that is working on it (B&G). Instead of saving € 209.13 / month on that counter we will save € 136 / month.

Anyway, something is something.

Could guests please not climb the fence to gain access the pool, the repairs are booked in but the technician is currently sick.

UPDATED! AGM Meeting - 22 January 2020
